Chicken breast boneless; 4
Butter; 4 tsp
Lemon Juice; 1 1/2 tsp
Lemon Zest; 1/2 tsp
Garlic; 1 clove
Fresh parsley; 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Wash the chicken breast and pat dry. In a bowl marinate the chicken with salt and pepper.
Now take a pan and heat on fire. Pour some olive oil and place marinated chicken in the pan and let it cook. Cook both side until it is ready to be eaten.
To prepare the sauce in a pan, put lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped onion, garlic and reduce it for 30 second.
After that remove the sauce and serve chicken breast with mashed potato and drizzle some sauce on the chicken.
