Shellfish flambéd in Ciroc, the costliest vodka. Sound interesting? Trust us, they taste awesome as well. A food fest called Shellfish in Ciroc is on. Chef, Sachin Joshi has amalgamated two of the finest continental delicacies Shellfish and Ciroc Vodka. The pre-plated dishes will be presented in contemporary style and flambéd. Because it is flambéd the alcohol is missing, leaving a distinct taste of the snap frost grapes from which Ciroc is prepared. Some of the specialities include, Ciroc flambé prawns with garlic and olives, lobster Ciromedor, Pan Grilled fish fillets with olive tapenade and garlic, herb crusted prawns. One can also try the seafood platter with squids, octopus and prawns.
