EXERCISE Try these moves for an impressive chest

Method

Sit on a small bench placed between a high-pulley station and hold the D-handles attached to them, with a slight bend at the elbows.

Keep your lower back tight and bend forward slightly.

Bring the D-handles together so that they touch each other in front of your body.

Squeeze your chest and return to start position.

Avoid

Keeping the elbows stiff and too straight.

Bending forward excessively.

Keeping the shoulders stiff.

Squeezing the rear part of the shoulders while returning to the start position.

Heavy weights and jerky movements.

Targeted muscles

It puts major emphasis on the pectorals (chest).

Front part of the deltoids (shoulders) and the Serratus anterior also benefit.
