Courtyard by Marriott near Kochi International airport, Nedumbasserry, is hosting a pre-monsoon sea food fest, ‘A Deli-Sea–Ous Catch’ . From crab, to prawns, squids, pomfret, sear fish, pearl spot, mackerel, anchovies, mussels and clams, the fest is an opportunity to experiment with sea food. The preparations include spice marinated, tandoor marinated, grilled, pan seared, chilli basil, chilli garlic, butter garlic, pepper and herb combinations.Once the order is placed at the live kitchen counter, Head Chef Chaitanya Uppaluri and his team will start work right away.

Chilli basil crab, spice fried mussels, pomfret tandoor with coriander chutney are some of the specialities. The sea food platter at the fest comes at Rs. 1,000 along with daily dinner buffet at Rs. 1,615. The festival is on from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. till May 4.
