INGREDIENTS:

Tomato (quarters): Two

Capsicum: One.

Boiled rice: 50 gm

Onion: 15 gm

Garlic (chopped): Two flakes

Oil: 25 ml

Vinegar: 75 ml

Parsley: To garnish

Salt and white pepper for seasoning: To taste.

METHOD:

Julienne capsicum, onion and garlic. Mix them with other ingredients and use oil and vinegar for French dressing.

Finally, season it with salt and white pepper.

Garnish the dish with chopped parsely.
