In the heart of MBD Radisson at Noida lies Red - Rare Eastern Dining - restaurant, which is also rated as one of the best oriental restaurants in Delhi. Red offers you the classic eastern cuisine from Japan, China, Thailand, Mongolia, Malaysia and Singapore. It is not just another restaurant where prawns and lobsters are served in a conventional way. Chef Sim makes an effort to make it really special with black bean, chilli bean, hot garlic, chilli sambal, oyster and pepper sauce or yellow curry. People think that most of the seafood is stale, as it is kept frozen for days in the fridge. But Chef Sim breaks this notion as the "catch of the day" is flown all the way from Chennai or Kochi. He explains, "We aim not only at taste but also the quality of the food. Fresh food is what we would like to make available." Besides prawns and lobsters the restaurants has an array of other seafood. Ladyfish, seabass and groupers from the coasts of Goa; oysters, clams and mussels from Vizag; lobsters and tiger prawns from the Arabian Sea, and sea crabs and scampi from Orissa are just a few.

All the raw food items are decorated in a see-through container so that customers can select their own seafood. This place caters to both the calorie-conscious and the thorough food lovers. The food can be prepared in wok-fried, stir-fried, shallow-fried or steamed style. The variety of appetisers Red offers is mouth-watering. There are steamed oysters with black pepper sauce, golden fried oysters and black pepper crab. The main course consists of steamed fish in black bean sauce, wok-fried clams with chilli sambal sauce, or lobster in butter garlic sauce. The same can be replaced with wok-tossed lobster or stir-fried crab in ginger and spring onion. Steamed rice and noodles are the accompaniments.
