The NGO Udayan Care has organised an exhibition of 121 art works of different artists. Fifty per cent of the sales will be used to raise funds for abandoned children. Art curator Sushma Bahl says, “The theme of the exhibition is Circle of Life. It depicts the birth, growth, death and rebirth of life. It’s a cycle of caring, giving and sharing.” Eminent artists like Sanjay Bhattacharya and Chitravanu Majumdar are also contributing towards the cause. Udayan Care is not only trying to raise funds but is also providing a platform for young artists.

Kiran Modi, Founder and President of Udayan Care says, “We have 128 children in our homes. They were all abandoned by their parents. The mentor mothers and fathers are now taking care of them.

The money raised will be used to construct a new home for the kids.” The exhibition opens for the public on 6th of April at Hyatt Regency Hotel, Bhikaji Cama.
