For parents, sending their children abroad for higher studies has become passion. Though the number of universities have increased in our country, they fail to maintain quality. Political interference, outdated syllabus, exorbitant capitation fees for medical education, lack of dedicated teaching fraternity push the students to go abroad for higher studies. If every university and private institution strive to improve the quality of higher education rather than collecting capitation fees, it will reduce the number of students seeking admission for higher education at foreign universities.
