Handicrafts and handlooms from all over India can be found in packed, busy exhibition halls in the city. The All India Crafts Fair is being held at Sri Sankara Hall on TTK road. It has brass articles from Muradabad, tops from Gujarat with Fulkari work and Kanta work, there's one gram gold jewellery and pearls from Hyderabad, Rosewood panels from Mysore, Chinnapatnam toys, paintings from Jaipur, rudrakshas from Nepal, supari from Rajasthan, Kashmiri tops and dress materials, hundreds of bangle designs from Jaipur, sheesom wood articles from Saharanpur, terracotta from Kolkata, Orissa saris and much more. The items at this exhibition include fancy jewellery, toys, gift items, jute bags, wall hangings, nighties, salwar sets, skirts, tops and kurthas, window curtain cushion covers, dewan sets, sofa backs, pillow covers, carpets, bed sheets, etc. This sale will be on until March 25.
