CHEF N. RAVI

INGREDIENTS:

Prawns: 150 gm

Garlic: 10 gm

Onion and tomato : 50 gm each

Fennel: 5 Gm

Green Chilli: 10 gm

Curry Leaves: Few

Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 10 gm

Corriander Powder: 5 gm

Jeera Powder: 10 gm

Salt- To Taste

Lemon Juice: 1 Tsp

METHOD:

Clean the prawns and boil it for 5 minutes.

Use julienned onion and tomato. Chop the garlic and slice the green chilli.

Take a frying pan and toss in oil, onion, garlic, fennel, curry leaf, green chilli and tomato.

Now add the prawns and add the coriander, Kashmir chilli and Jeera powder. Add salt and lemon juice to taste.

Garnish the dish with onion, carrot and julienned capsicum.
