Food With a new menu, Ista offers health as wealth
I sta has introduced a new menu in their dining spaces, Collage and Deori. The new menu has put together new delicacies, now healthier. Gautam Chaudhary, Executive Chef at Ista says that the menu now incorporates popular concepts like Veganism— food that excludes meat and dairy products and incorporates Tofu and veggies. The food is free of trans-fats and retains nutrition.
The Very Vegan pizza substitutes mozzarella cheese with Soya cheese. Tickle your taste buds with Pesto Mania pizza, an exotic extravaganza complete with prawns, pesto and smoked salmon and sour cream.
Calling out to you is another exotic dish, the char grilled lobster served with baked potato. If hunger is making you go Muay Thai on food, there is a grilled Thai spiced tenderloin and Thai green chicken curry to appease your gastronomic senses.
