I sta has introduced a new menu in their dining spaces, Collage and Deori. The new menu has put together new delicacies, now healthier. Gautam Chaudhary, Executive Chef at Ista says that the menu now incorporates popular concepts like Veganism— food that excludes meat and dairy products and incorporates Tofu and veggies. The food is free of trans-fats and retains nutrition.

The Very Vegan pizza substitutes mozzarella cheese with Soya cheese. Tickle your taste buds with Pesto Mania pizza, an exotic extravaganza complete with prawns, pesto and smoked salmon and sour cream.

Calling out to you is another exotic dish, the char grilled lobster served with baked potato. If hunger is making you go Muay Thai on food, there is a grilled Thai spiced tenderloin and Thai green chicken curry to appease your gastronomic senses. If you're looking to keep up with a diet, opt for the scallop salad .

This leafy green food will take care of your protein requirements and fill you up without adding extra calories.

Give in to the wild mushroom soup — a frothy concoction of exotic mushrooms where the strong flavour of porcini, button, morel and cloud ear mushrooms slowly takes you to another level of happiness. Now along with a blend of Andhra and Awadhi food, cuisines from across the country are also being represented at Deori. The goanese prawn balchao is surely going to create an impression. With an unlimited kebab platter, treat yourself to mouth-watering vegetable galouti or the anjeer and walnut kebabs . The sharp taste of the masalas is complemented by the subtle sweet taste of the anjeer.

Wrap up your meal in style with three-variety cheesecake — blueberry, plain and orange flavoured.

Try the Bakarkhani , a crispy leavened bread with a hint of sweet fennel or opt for the three-in-one halwa which includes, anjeer, gajar and moong.
