Recipe Try this easy to make chicken dish

Ingredients

Chicken (boneless) -500 gm

Crushed black pepper -4 tsp

Red chilli powder - 1tsp

Curd - 5tbsp

Ginger- garlic paste - 2 tbsp

Lemon juice - 2 tsp

Nutmeg powder – 1/4 tsp

Star anise powder- 1/4 tsp

Salt - to taste

Cumin powder - 1tsp

Method:

Combine all the ingredients for the marinade into a thick paste. Marinate the boneless chicken pieces and leave it overnight in the fridge. Skewer the chicken pieces and grill in tandoor till the chicken is well cooked. Serve hot with mint chutney.
