Message a must

print   ·   T  T

It is obvious that the message should carry a message. But the message should not be thrust upon the audience. Visuals can inspire imitation. The freedom struggle and the socioeconomic movements were all captured on screen, which instilled patriotism in young hearts. Take our most popular matinee idol M.G. Ramachandran. He never smoked or consumed alcohol in his films. And this had a positive influence. At a time when we are working towards a terror-free environment, violence on screen will undermine these efforts.
