FOOD Stix presents the Chinese Hot Pot festival
Stix at Hyatt Regency presents the Chinese Hot Pot festival. Hot pot also known as Chinese fondue or steamboat refers to several East Asian varieties of stew that consists of a simmering metal pot of stock. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table.
The vegetarian menu includes shitake mushrooms, button mushrooms, broccoli, lettuce, lotus root, Chinese cabbage, bean curd, dry tofu and potato. The non vegetarians can choose from prawns, fish, squid, chicken slices, lamb slices, tenderloin slices, pork sausage, chicken sausage, egg and bacon strips. Also choose from a variety of sauces to add that extra flavour to your meal. The sauces include Sesame oil and garlic sauce, Peanut butter sauce, Sweet soy sauce, Vegetable soy sauce and Chili sauce.
This festival is on till December 15 and is open for both lunch and dinner.
