Chicken with bone is cut into small pieces. It is then marinated in ginger garlic and red chilli paste. Crushed garlic and curry leaves are added.
The chicken is then deep fried on low flame till it turns golden brown in colour. The dish is bit on the spicy side and is served hot as a side dish for biriyani and meals.
