Monsoon sizzlers at Latitude leave you asking for more
With the clear blue sky and a radiant sun shining every day, it seems the monsoon waves are still struggling to cross the Bay of Bengal. But Latitude, the multi-cuisine restaurant at Mosaic hotel in Noida, is all set to welcome the rains with its monsoon sizzler festival.
The 15-day festival features a selection of four vegetarian and non-vegetarian sizzlers with unlimited beer or aerated drinks. A live salad bar comes alive as well.
Among the vegetarian sizzlers are Grilled Vegetable with Balsamic Reduction, Cottage Cheese Steak with Barbeque Sauce, Grilled Polenta with Vegetable Ragout and Grilled Aubergine with Tomato n’ Chilli Jam. Non-vegetarians get just as fancy as choice, including Chicken Steak with Daine Sauce, Lamb Picatta with Burnt Garlic Jus and others.The Mix Grill with Herb Sauce features chicken, lamb and tenderloin, and along with the Grilled fish with Pink Pepper Sauce, is a real delight.
Vipul Mathur, Executive Chef, takes you on a voyage of celebrated cuisine types from around the world. “One can only serve authentic Indian food when its level of spices and, more importantly, quality of spices is good.”
Gourmet salads using common and uncommon ingredients like cherry tomatoes, red-reddy cho, olives, mushrooms, onions asparagus and glass noodles, with Caesar dressing introduce the taste buds to new experiences.
Located on the mezzanine level of Mosaic, Latitude with its interesting array of food and peaceful decor is certainly an inviting and tasteful place to be.
