Pampered through their childhood and never educated to handle rejection, youngsters today lack the necessary life skills that can help them deal with grief and negativity. Improved parenting or introducing such life skills in school curriculum are the means of saving the situation. What is spoiling the children is a combination of over protection and over expectation from the parents. If parents don’t teach their wards to cope with adverse conditions in life, they can’t expect them to handle everything well when they are left on their own.
