One should increase the intake of water and other liquids like coconut water, nirmor, patanir and fruit juices. Drinking lemon juice with salt or sugar is good for health. Fruits like cucumber, guava, papaya, sathukudi, oranges, grapes, jackfruit and pineapple are rich in antioxidants and help to keep the body hydrated. One should also reduce exposure to direct sun and children shouldn’t be let to play in the sun.
