C hef Amit, Sous Chef of Courtyard by Marriott has come up with a special kebab menu at Paprika. Kebab-lovers can choose from a variety that includes dhingri khasta seekh (blanched mushrooms, soyabean nuggets and hash browns crusted with soya granules), mewe aur ankur ke kebab, Golconda kebab, nashiley jhinge, shahi shikampur, murgh shikanja kebab, murgh tarasse and more. Kebabs will be served with mint chutney, sauces and dips.

Chef Amit will reveal his kitchen secrets and techniques of Kebab-making at the live station. You also can get recipes of his signature dishes.

The special ala carte will be available till September 4 (from 7 p.m.) and is priced Rs.350 and upwards for vegetarian and Rs. 450 and upwards for non-vegetarian. For details call, 66764000.
