Ingredients

Tiger prawns: 3

Sliced onions: half an onion

Garlic chopped: quarter tsp

Ginger julienne: half tsp

Turmeric powder: a pinch

Lemon juice: of one lemon

Curry leaves:3

Pepper powder: quarter tsp

Refined oil: 1 tsp

Salt: to taste

For mango sauce

Raw mango: 1

Coconut grated: half cup

Green chilli: 1

Curry leaves: a sprig

Salt: to taste

Method

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, ginger and onions till transparent in colour. Add the turmeric, pepper powder, prawns and salt. Sauté till it is done. Add lime juice and the curry leaves. For the sauce, blend all the above ingredients together to a fine paste. Pour some sauce in a plate and arrange the prawns on top of it and serve.
