HEALTH Actor Sonal Chauhan says she does not believe in salad binging but on eating right

Sonal Chauhan has it all cut out for her — eat all and stay fit. The actor seen opposite Emraan Hashmi in the Bhatt camp film Jannat says she doesn’t believe in following a strict diet and salad binging. However, she admits “workingreal hard” to attain a figure befitting her role in the thriller 3G with Neil Nitin Mukesh. In spite of rigorous swimming classes to wear a swim suit in the movie and sticking to a balanced meal plan, Sonal says she didn’t compromise much on food. “I don’t understand the need to be thin, people should be healthy,” she says. Sonal doesn’t believe in rigorous gym workouts either. She advises people“to hit the machines for about five to six hours in a week”. What she recommends is yoga and meditation. “It keeps stress away,” she says. She also endorses regular breathing exercises. As summer is here, Sonal says she will concentrate more on fluids. Here’s her best recommendation: “Laughter.”
