Prepare a French meal at home with a little basic training at a cooking class. Kick start with a spinach salad with chicken livers covered in balsamic dressing, sesamic crust on fillet fish with lemon and coriander, butter sauce and vegetables custard, and end on a sweet note with panna cotta with seasonal fruits for dessert.

It will be held on April 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at SITA Cultural Centre, No. 22, Candappa Moudaliar Road.
