FEAT Paras Mani is trying to break the record ofnon-stop vocal recitalof 135 hours

The young multi-instrumentalist and holder of two Limca Book of World Records, Paras Mani Choudhary is working towards making yet another record.

Paras Mani is trying to break the current record of non-stop vocal recital of 135 hours. He started his effort on April 25 in Chittaranjan Park. The artist started with Saraswati Vandana.

According to Limca Book of Records, the most recent record of ceaseless singing is 135 hours but Paras Mani is trying to make it to 144 hours. For his record, Paras Mani has chosen a Sai Baba bhajan and “Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram”.

Earlier he has set records for his non-stop sitar recital for over 92.35 hours in 2009 and also for non-stop violin recital for 50 hours in 2011.

Hailing from Bhagalpur, Banka district in Bihar, he can play a number of instruments like sitar, guitar, harmonium, keyboard, santoor, mouth organ, saxophone, flute etc. with ease.
