Enjoy the flavours of India at Uday Samudra's ‘K2' food festival. ‘K2' features the best of dishes from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. The fete, which starts on January 14, has cuisines from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala on the first two days.
So, enjoy dishes such as nimma rasam, kappa and meen curry, and rawa kesari. Dishes from Delhi, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh are the highlights of the menu on January 16 and 17 while delicacies of Goa and Maharashtra are the specials on the two following days.
The table will be set with dishes such as crab kalia, aloo posto, malpua and rasogulla from West Bengal and Orissa on January 20 and January 21. The last three days features cuisines from Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.
