The Indo-German Jamboree, which marks the end of the Year of Germany and India 2011-2012: Infinite Opportunities kicks off with a lecture by celebrated German producer Stefan Kaegi of Rimini Protokoll.

The event will feature a lecture on “De-contextualised performers and remote-controlled audiences” by Stefan, which will be enhanced by an electronic intervention with Ron Schneider, who is currently the Goethe Artist-in-Residence at Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology.

The venue is Max Mueller Bhavan, on January 13 at 6.30 p.m.

The menu is created by Chef Liang Cheng, and offers you a wide range of mushroom-based dishes.

***There will be a Bharatanatya dance recital by Divya Vinod and Priti Prasad on January 12. The venue for the dance performance is Ayyappa Temple Auditorium, Jalahalli, 6 p.m.

Both dancers are students of Kiran and Sandhya Kiran and trained at their Rasika Dance Academy in Malleswaram.
