Getting thirsty often is a physiological symptom indicating the demand of water or any liquid by the body during this hot season. Sometimes, thirst doesn’t get quenched in spite of drinking large amounts of water, the reason being the superficial tissues get hydrated but the deeper tissues crave for more liquids. Tender coconut water, lemon, grape, watermelon, green mango and sugarcane juices play a dual role of quenching the thirst and also remaining as body coolants.
