The Art of Living conducts Natya Yoga, a workshop that teaches classical dance with bhajans as its foundation. Everyone is welcome. Even those with no prior training in dance. It seeks to enhance concentration, co-ordination of the limbs, and facilitate sound sleep and appetite. It will be conducted for two-and-a- half hours each day from April 2 to 5. Timings for the first batch are 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. while for the second batch it is 6 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. It will be held at Sharadhambal Temple Hall, Race Course. To register, call: 9443126774.
