Bailemos Season 3 had 10 teams from various branches of UST Global competing for the top spot

"The city-based teams Mystique Zehns and Show Stoppers danced their way to the top."

Bailemos! No, it is not Enrique Iglesias's song. It's the name of UST Global's annual dance festival for techies. Well, the techies did more than just shake a leg or two at the recently concluded Bailemos Season 3; they rocked the dance floor. Proving that they too have cool moves, 10 teams from UST Global's branches on four continents competed for the top spot.

The dance event started with a traditional ‘panchavadyam.' As the ceremonial lamp was lit, thousands of balloons in various colours filled the skies. This was followed by dance teams battling it out for the prizes. A team from Chile had the audience swaying to the beat with their fine blend of Latino flavour and desi tadka.

The Manila centre of UST Global also made their presence felt with a pre-recorded video that was shown at the event. However, it was the city-based teams – Mystique Zehns and Show Stoppers – that danced their way to the top. Cameras streamed the event live to places where UST Global has its offices. Tribute to Bollywood

The highlight of the evening was when senior managers of the company did a tribute to five decades of Bollywood music. Clones of Dev Anand, Rajesh Khanna, Govinda and Abhishek Bachchan were some of those who made an appearance on stage.

Says Niketh Sundar, Vice President Human Resources, UST Global: “Bailemos is a unique opportunity for our young Ussociates to flaunt their dancing skills in a highly charged, competitive and fun filled environment.”
