INGREDIENTS:

Chicken drumsticks 450 gms

Curry paste Two tbl spn

Corn chips Two cups

Corn flour and maid (refined flour)

10 gms

Ajino moto, salt and pepper to taste

Egg One

METHOD:

Marinate the drumstick with corn four, maida, egg and curry paste. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Crush the corn chips and press them on the marinated drumstick. After some time, deep fry in oil.

Or, place the drumstick on a shallow baking tray. Bake in pre-heated oven at 150 degree C for 30 minutes.

Serve hot with boiled rice and a portion of some mild chutney on the side.
