In order to avoid summer heat which caues all sorts of physical problems, we have to maintain balanced water level in our body. Also, fruits, curd rice have to be taken regularly. Drinking plenty of plain water, coconut water and staying under trees and in AC rooms are advisable. Taking bath twice helps every one. But the only solution in the long run, will be to plant more trees. Green atmosphere is the best way to beat the heat.
