People attempting or committing suicide has become a daily dose of news now. Though the people involved try to justify their act by attributing it to their financial or family problem, cultural or social issue, health disorder, job, career or academic issue , it is an idiotic decision taken in a highly frustrated state. Psychiatric counselling can alleviate the suffering. . People who find themselves depressed should mingle with everyone and share their feelings, sorrows with others to relieve them of their mental burden. No one knows the aftermath of suicide. Determination, Meditation, self confidence, self control, perseverance, positive attitude and thinking can help to avert suicide.
