Ingredients

Medium prawns -1 kg

Chilli powder -50 gm

Turmeric powder-10 gm

Coriander powder-50 gm

Coconut oil-400 ml

Lime Juice- 2 tbsp

Ginger-20 gm

Garlic-20 gm

Onion-300 gm

Capsicum-100 gm

Tomato -100 gm

Green chilli-5 gm

Curry leaves-3 gm

Coriander leaves-25 gm

Salt to taste

Method

Clean and remove the shell, marinate the prawns with half of the chilli, coriander and turmeric powder along with lime juice, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Keep the marinade for 25 to 30 minutes. Later fry it on tawa. Grill and keep aside.

Sauté chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli and curry leaves in a pan till golden brown. Add the remaining masalas into the pan and sauté for some more time. Later add the diced capsicum, onions and tomatoes into this mixture and finally the grilled prawns. Toss and finish it with chopped coriander.
