CHEF R.ARUN

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken (boneless): 250gms

Egg: Three.

Chilli and coriander powder: One

Tbsp each

Cumin, garam masala and chat masala: 10gms each

Refined oil: 500 ml

Onion: 150gms

Tomato: 100gms

Cashew nut: 250gms

METHOD:

For preparing masala, heat oil in a pan and add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and sauté well. Add the chat and garam masala along with cashew nut paste. Then, mash well the chicken pieces using a mixer. Make a paste by adding it to the masala. Roll the boiled eggs over the paste.

Fry and serve hot.
