Here is a simple chicken recipe that can be made quickly
Ingredients (portions 4)
Chicken (breast piece, boneless): 500 gm
Lemon juice: 20 ml
Chilli powder: 50 gm
Ginger and garlic paste: 25 gm
Salt: to taste
Cornflour: 20 gm
Cut the chicken breast into even dices.
Marinate with lime juice, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and ginger and garlic paste.
Finally add the corn flour and maida.
Deep fry in hot oil.
