Chicken fry in two minutes

Kozhi varuval

Ingredients (portions 4)

Chicken (breast piece, boneless): 500 gm

Lemon juice: 20 ml

Turmeric powder:

5 gm

Chilli powder: 50 gm

Ginger-garlic paste: 25 gm

Salt: to taste

Cornflour: 20 gm

Maida: 30gm

Method

Cut the chicken breast into even dices. Marinate with lime juice, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and ginger and garlic paste. Finally add corn flour and maida. Deep fry in hot oil. Garnish with fried curry leaves and lemon wedges.
