INGREDIENTS:

Boneless chicken: 200gm

Chopped garlic: 20gm

Chopped onions and bean sprouts: 50gm each

Chopped capsicum: 30gm

Turmeric and chilli powder: One Tsp

Garam masala: Half Tsp

Salt: To taste

Oil: 20 ml

Finely chopped coriander: Two Tsp

Greased cheese: 20 gm

For Tart dough

Maida: 200 gm

Icing sugar: 70gm

Egg: One

Margarine: 100 small tarts

METHOD:

Chop the boneless chicken into small pieces.

Sauté the chopped garlic, onion, capsicum, bean sprouts and chicken pieces with spices and salt.

Sauté till the chicken gets tender. Keep the filling aside.

Place the filling in tart and garnish with cheese and chopped tomato.

Cook for few minutes in oven and serve hot.
