As part of its orientation programme for the Class XI students, Birla Vidya Niketan school held its Annual Career Conclave recently.

It was to help both students and parents overcome the ‘decide-o-phobia' or choosing the right career. The event was organised by the school counsellor Amrita Singh and conducted by eminent career counsellor Usha Albuquerque and psychologist Nazneen Aibara.

It was also was attended by the school vice chairman R.N. Jaju, director Col. R.C. Laddha and the Principal SVS Bhandari. Besides conventional career options, various unconventional and upcoming careers were elaborated much to the interest of the students.

Various skill tests were recommended by the psychologist to pick the right career for themselves.
