Reputable trainers say that by starting a chest workout with the incline bench barbell or dumbbell presses and then moving on to incline flyes, the upper part of the chest can receive more stimulation than the middle and lower part of the muscle. By cutting down on standard exercises such as bench press, dips and decline press, the imbalance can be corrected. As the incline movements are still going to have some effect on the middle and lower regions, a trainee need not fear that those regions are going to totally disappear. Good upper chest development makes a person look impressive.
