INGREDIENTS:

Chopped boneless Chicken : 100 gms

Tomato sauce: One cup

Sugar: One Tbsp

Bread: Two slices

Maida and corn flour: One Tsp

Besan flour: Two cups

Cumin seeds: One Tsp

Chilli powder: Quarter Tsp

Onion (chopped): One

Garlic (chopped): Two

Baking soda: One pinch

Salt:To taste

Oil: For deep frying

METHOD:

Mix maida, chilli powder, cumin seeds, besan flour and baking soda with water. Ensure the batter is not thick or diluted.

Cut off the bread crusts and divide each slice of bread into four pieces.

Dip the pieces in the batter so that they are well coated.

Deep fry in oil.

For the sauce, add oil in a pan and fry chopped onion and garlic till brown. Add chicken, tomato sauce, sugar and water.

Let it boil for a few minutes and then add corn flour. Serve with bread bajji.
