Tomato masala

Ingredients:Green tomatoes: 4Onion: 1
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Gram dal: 1 tsp
Garam masala: 1tsp
Hing: a pinch
Curd: 1 tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves, choppedSalt to tasteMethod: Heat oil in the saucepan and fry mustard seeds, hing and chopped onions. Fry to golden brown. Add chilli powder and gram dal. Then add the cut tomatoes and let it simmer. Add salt and garam masala. Cook on slow fire. Lastly add curd and mix well.Congratultulations Sashikala Nagaraj!
