Raw banana basketIngredients

Raw banana: 2
Carrots grated: 1/2 cup
Onion; chopped fine: 1/2 cup
Ginger grated: 1" piece
Green chillies, chopped fine: 2
For Lid
Besan: 1/2 cup
Salt, to taste
Peanuts; roasted and pounded: 1/2 cup
Coriander; chopped fine
Salt; to taste
Oil for shallow frying
For chutney
Coconut: 1/2
Green chillies: 2
Coriander
Salt to be blended into the chutney
MethodSaute onion, ginger, chillies, and carrots together with salt. Add coriander and peanut powder keep aside.Peel bananas cut into circular segments of 1" thickness. Scoop out gently inside to make a basket (Add the scooped meat to the filling to cook)Add water to besan and make it into a thick pasteAdd the filling to the basket and seal with the besan paste to form a lid.Place the filled basket in a shallow pan and pour oil around the pieces.
