wellness Esha Gupta goes for gluten-free diet to keep fit
Esha Gupta is getting her share of attention these days. Esha is only three films old. Esha says she is very conscious about what is on her plate and makes sure that she has enough exercise to burn those extra calories.
“Being an actress it is important for me to stay fit and healthy. The most important thing is I follow a gluten-free diet.”
The third Miss India runner-up of 2007 says she consciously includes in her daily diet rice, oats and jowar. “I am also a vegetarian.” Apart from being diet-conscious, Esha practices Pilates.
“It helps me to develop resistance. I also go for regular walks. I am a trained Kathak and Jazz artiste. I dance when I get time. It helps burn calories and keep fit. Therefore, it is one of the best workouts. I prefer eating at home and I love the food cooked by my mom. After Jannat 2, Raaz 3 and Chakravyuh , Esha is busy with her next film.
