He and his ‘auto’ gathered immense popularity last week as a video about him which was uploaded on a popular video sharing website went viral. His share auto, stocked with the latest magazines, books, newspapers, a little TV and even a Wi-Fi connection has taken every Chennaite by complete surprise.
More pleasing is his principle pertaining to customer satisfaction, a rarity in the Chennai auto circuit. The video also had him sharing incidents from his life, which have shaped up his various ideas including the on-board mobile recharge and cell-phone charging facilities. Technological advancements must be made accessible to all echelons of the society and Anna and his auto, play their part to perfection in this regard. His mission to entirely sponsor a needy but deserving student’s education is an eye-opener and in this materialistic world where things are being loved and people are being used, this driver shows the way for us to slow down, and share the joy along the journey of life.
