Event The four-day Kalakrithi will celebrate the arts

K alakrithi, the annual cultural festival of A. C. Tech., Anna University is back, between January 19 and 22.

This year, the 26th edition of the event, will see various entertainment events and the presence of many celebrities, spread over four days.

On the first day, Vijay Narain's crew VJam will kick-off the event with their concert. The next day will see a fund raising concert for the Cancer Institute, Adyar, by singer Naresh Iyer and VJ Divya. Tickets for the concert are available at all Landmark outlets in the city. Tickets can also be obtained directly from the students of A. C. Tech.

Among other events, there will also be a workshop on music production by keyboardist Stephen Devassy, for which he will simulate a live recording studio.

Also, there is a workshop on the nuances of photography by veteran cinematographer Rajiv Menon.

In addition to this, there are day-long events from the morning of January 20. There will be Choreo Night, light music and many variety shows in the nights. There will be many surprise guests at the event.
