Recipe Enjoy fried prawns Kerala style

Here is a quick and easy prawn recipe that can be served for snacks or as a starter.

Ingredients

Tiger Prawns- 8

Lemon juice- 20 ml

Garlic paste- 5 gm

Green chilli chopped- 5 gm

Black pepper crushed- 5 gm

Aniseed (saunf) crushed- 5 gm

Egg yolk-1

Salt to taste

Rava-100 gm

Refined flour-20 gm

Method

Marinate prawns with lemon juice and garlic paste. Mix green chilli, black pepper, saun f , egg yolk and mix into the marinated prawns.

Roll prawns in rava and refined flour. Mix well and dust with crushed saun f . Fry in oil till crisp.
