What's better than an act of kindness? Undoubtedly, the gratitude with which it is remembered by the one who stands to benefit from it! Actor Kreshna, who is today happy that his film “Kazhugu” is doing well in most centres of the State, remembers with gratitude a timely favour his friend, actor Divya Spandana, did for him. Discloses the actor, who is visibly touched, “I had a financial problem while releasing ‘Kazhugu.' I needed a huge sum of money to release it and was busy mustering all the funds I could. It was then I called up Divya, who is a good friend, for help. Within a couple of hours, she arranged for the funds and I was able to get ‘Kazhugu' released.”
The actor claims “Kazhugu” started doing so well that they have had to increase the number of theatres screening it. “We started off with 160 theatres. By Monday, the number increased to 240. By Friday, it has shot to 280 theatres,” says Kreshna.
