Kebab in a hurry

Ingredients

Chicken (diced)

Lemon juice

Ginger garlic paste

Cashew nut paste

Fresh cream

White pepper powder

Ginger powder

Cardamom powder

Salt

Black salt

Egg white

Dry fruits

Curd

Salad oil

Method:

Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 30 minutes. Cook the chicken in the oven for about five to eight minutes. Whip the egg white and apply on top of the chicken and sprinkle chopped dry fruits and cook for few seconds. Serve it hot with mint chutney.
