You can dig into the Asian salmon spinach salad, where garden fresh baby spinach is topped with slow cooked salmon, black beans, carrots, chopped egg, and sliced cucumbers and is then finished with sesame seeds and wonton strips on the sides with sesame peanut dressing.

Then there is the sante fe chicken salad which is slow-roasted chicken atop fresh garden greens with pico de gallo, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced avocado, corn, kidney beans, onions and fresh cilantro, garnished with wonton strips.
