Nirmanika, an innovative dance production by Apsaras Arts, Singapore, will premiere this evening (October 5), 6.30 p.m., at the Narada Gana Sabha, TTK Road. This performance is presented with support from the National Arts Council, Singapore.

Nirmanika, which means architectonics in Sanskrit, explores some the most famous and beautiful monuments of the world – the Madurai Meenakshi temple, the Konark temple in Orissa, the Taj Mahal and Indonesia’s Borobudur Monument -- using the expressive nature of Bharatanatyam.
