A film on the Narmada River Valley titled A Valley Refuses to Die is being screened on April 21. This 41-minute film, directed by K.P. Sasi, is one of the earliest documentaries against large dams in India. The film centres on the social and environmental issues caused by the Narmada Dams and subsequent people's movement of the Adivasis and farmers in the Narmada Valley.
